Step 1 of 333%

Step 1

Who is this Will for?

This determines whether you need a single Will or a pair of mirror Wills.

Step 2

Are you Muslim?

UAE law determines which registration routes are available to you. This answer narrows the options to those you are eligible for.

Step 3

Choose your registration route

All fees are shown upfront. Government fees are paid to the registry; professional fees cover drafting and registration by Rasma Legal.

Please note that government fees are subject to change. ADJD government fees are approximate. Professional fees are subject to 5% VAT.

Why we need this. Before accepting instructions or any payment, Rasma Legal FZ-LLC is required to verify the identity of each prospective client and to complete its client clearance checks. A clear copy of the photo page of your passport enables our team to conduct that clearance process, which must be completed before your Will can be finalised.

The image is used solely for identity verification and clearance, is held in strict confidence, and is processed in accordance with applicable UAE law.
